Bus can be the most convenient, the fastest express connections taking about 2h15min and arriving at Turku bus station, close to downtown. Usually, if the bus is not an express, a change of bus is involved -- outside Helsinki, the bus meets another one coming from Helsinki city centre and the passengers form airport are transferred to that bus, to continue to Turku. More information about buses: matkahuolto.fi/en/ (the starting point of your journey would be "Helsinki-Vantaa airport").
